The Board or market protection officer shall keep secret such business transaction and information that the Board or officer
receives in the course of making inspection, monitoring, investigation or inquiry pursuant to this Act.
Provided that any referral to such transaction and information in the course of discharging own functions or provision of information of public importance
shall not be deemed to be a breach of secrecy.
